Funding Childrens Sector

Funding to develop the childrens workforce is currently available for:

  • NVQ Level 3 Heath and Social care
  • NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care
  • NVQ Level 4 Leadership and Management

Funding is also available for Foster Carers completing the Common Induction Standards with an initial payment of £50 on registration and a final payment of £20 on completion. In September 2010 it is hoped that funding will be available for Foster Carers undergoing the new Level 3 Diploma in Foster Care.
