Care Fit for VIPS

A brand new Dementia E-learning Toolkit has been developed to support Care Home Leaders and Managers in delivering Person-Centred Dementia Care. This on-line resource mirrors the content of the Dementia Leadership Course and follows the VIPS model developed by Professor Dawn Brooker at Worcester Association for Dementia Studies.

Developed by Crystal and Equip4Change, we now want to support Care Home Managers to access what we believe will be an invaluable resource for on-going service and staff development.

ACT offered fully funded 2-day IT Training Courses in January and February to help Managers be introduced to the on-line toolkit and be confident using it, as well as having the opportunity to brush up on their basic IT and internet skills.
