ACT has expanded its service to offer a full Specialist Brokerage Service to the care sector.
This service is free to small and medium businesses to complete a Skills Incentive Assist (SIA) and develop a training strategy. The SIA will identify the areas of your business where additional training could help you to expand and maximise your workforce. The Skills Broker then helps the employer to identify providers and funding for the developments and skills needed.
Train to Gain is part of the Government strategy to increase the voice of employers to influence what training provision for the sector. The SIA along with the NMDS-sc returns will provide the information to support these demands.
You may already have completed an SIA with your training provider but ACT aim to go further and look at all training required and all funding streams available. We are here to help you so please give us a call or email us.
