Specialist Brokerage Service
ACT offers a Specialist Brokerage Service to the care sector.
This service is free to small and medium businesses to complete a Organisational Needs Analysis (ONA) and develop a training strategy. The ONA will identify the areas of your business where additional training could help you to expand and maximise your workforce. The Skills Broker then helps the employer to identify providers and funding for the developments and skills needed.
The ONA along with the NMDS-sc returns will provide the information to support demands and increase the voice of employers to influence what training provision is needed in the sector.
