ACT is an Employer-led Partnership working across the Private, Independent, Voluntary and Statutory Care Sectors to increase opportunities for training, workforce development and staff recruitment to support improved care services.

We aim to be a reference point for care sector employers to support them to access training (through our links to training providers), benefit from available funding opportunities, complete the National Minimum Data Set (NMDS) and achieve the national training targets.
